We warmly invite you to host a Green Olive salon either virtually or in the place you live using this resource guide. It includes two readymade presentations and talking points for each step of a potential salon. We would be happy to partner with anyone interested in hosting a salon as we together build a global community committed to a democratic future in Israel and Palestine.

For many of us living around the world the reality of occupation can seem abstract and its impact on Palestinians understandably hard to grasp. This salon is designed to explain what people mean when they say the occupation strips Palestinians of democratic rights and provide foundational knowledge about the occupation. A salon can be informational, educational, or action oriented and highlight different themes related to freedom, democracy, and Palestinian human rights.
