What is a solidarity circle?

A group of people committed to maintaining sustained and direct relationships of solidarity with Palestinians, amplifying the voices of activists living under occupation, becoming ambassadors for change in their local communities, and supporting on the ground activism in the West Bank.

How do I start a solidarity circle?

Reach out to Erez Bleicher, our Advocacy and Membership Director, to schedule a first conversation and discuss next steps. We will work with you to develop a solidarity circle in your community.

What’s entailed?

Participants join monthly online meetings with residents of communities in the West Bank in order to maintain direct contact, learn about the lived reality of occupation, engage in advocacy in the places they live, and ground that advocacy in direct relationships with Palestinians living under occupation.

Participants
become members of the Green Olive Collective and contribute monthly on a sliding scale to sustain regular solidarity projects and work days on the ground in the West Bank and materially support the steadfastness of Palestinian communities in the face of military occupation. Examples include planting olive trees that have been uprooted, rebuilding after home demolitions,
cultivating lands threatened with expropriation, and other similar activities.
